Nikki has almost been here for 3½ weeks. Last fall. my doctor told me to get to the gym and meet people and sent me home with the meds I asked for. Today I haven't been to the gym, I got a Lab puppy instead and started puppy class. I stopped with my meds cold turkey and I feel pretty good for most part. She kept me too busy to even remember to take my meds. She sure is my four legged therapist!
